Pasted Graphic 1

The prophet Isaiah foretold the coming of the Messiah into our world as a child, a beloved Son, entrusted into human hands.
Inescapable Light infused our world so that amid our suffering we can know peace.

May the peace of Christ imbue you this Advent season as you prepare for His coming again.

Have a blessed Christmas!

In recent decades, The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius have been creatively adapted to accompany people in every stage of their spiritual journey. The First Spiritual Exercises (FSE) are one example of this flexibility - four guided retreats with a common theme of inner peace which are based upon daily prayer and spiritual conversation to share that experience.
Participants in this workshop hear first-hand, from the creator of the FSE, how to offer them in and for a variety of life situations. This workshop will describe how prayer exercises and spiritual conversation are taught to groups, as well as how facilitators are trained to lead people through the FSE and prepare others for this ministry.
Michael Hansen, S.J., is a spiritual director, retreat leader and formation teacher. He has served in schools and parishes, produced radio and television programs, and is the author of five books. Michael is the FSE National Director, based at Canisius Centre of Spirituality in Australia.

Friday, October 14, from 7 to 9 pm and Saturday, October 15, from 9 am to 4 pm (please bring a lunch).

At Loyola High School, 7272 Sherbrooke St. West.
